Want to make your "good" writer a "GREAT" writer? To earn top holistic rubric scores for writing, students need creativity, sentence fluency, and a sophisticated sense of voice. Through mini-lessons, standardized testing rubric study, and focused writing activities, students will learn how to revise their own writing pieces for sophisticated voice, creativity, and fluency, including instruction in:

Instructor's Bio:
Hi, my name is Heather, and I have 11+ years of experience in English Language Arts education in grades 2, 6, and 12. My specialties are reading Comprehension and skills Development, Writing Process and composition, Creative Writing, and writer's Notebook. I am trained in A.P. English Language and composition. I have a passion for writing and hope to instill that passion in my students.
