Note: This class is for beginners and new students, specifically for students with no experience or unfamiliar with HTML.
Have you ever wondered what steps it would take to build a website? Well, we have the answers! Join us as we learn how to make your website in HTML! HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) is a scripting language used to create the structure and content of web pages. HTML scripting describes the structure of a web page, which consists of an array of elements that communicate to the browser how to display the contents of a web page. Students will learn how to use HTML and integrate it with things like CSS & JavaScript to develop simple front-end web pages and learn how to deploy the website to the cloud.
Because HTML is easy to understand, the class would suit beginners. By the end of the class, students should be able to create an essential website using HTML, with text, images, links, and forms, and understand how HTML works and how to structure a web page.
